Ray has photographed for 37 years and loves the challenge of photographing normal families and children and capturing the true essence of family connections and individual personality in a portrait. Having won 10 National and State Photographer of the Year titles you know you are in good hands. Ray has is a good listener and observer and can work out very quickly his subjects personality and capture the real you.
For 17 years Ray has judged the Canon APPA Awards here in Australia and in the last 12 months was chosen as the current judge for the Portrait Masters International Awards based in Los Angeles USA. His award winning images have been published in numerous books, magazines and calendars and he is a sort after speaker here in Australia and overseas. His profile was recognised by channel nine where he was asked to photography live on the midday show ‘The Wedding of the Year’.
Unlike most studios in shopping centres, at Hollywood Studios you won’t get a junior to photograph your session. Your portrait will be personally photographed by Ray. As an added bonus, all our portraits come inclusive with full retouching at no extra charge.
