Here is what we will do; your portrait session will be individually designed for your child/family. Our aim, as a portrait studio, is to capture the true essence of children and families. Combining unique backdrops and innovative photography we will create a unique portrait that is special and decorative. Our 5 star studio facility has an undercover outdoor studio with a garden courtyard, country cottages, barn, beach cave, bridges and sandstone façade. For a more formal look you may prefer our indoor white room studio with numerous props and backdrops. You can be assured that we will listen and work with you so we can create the perfect look for you.

How do I book a session & redeem my $600 Gift Card?
From your SMS we will contact you with times and days available for your portrait shoot and confirm your booking and go over what you would like to capture. We will contact you Tuesday- Friday 10am-2:15pm.
To make sure everyone is serious about our time and to avoid no shows we will need to charge a refundable appointment holding fee of $50 to reserve your portrait session and your design session appointments. The $50 appointment holding fee is refunded after you have attended both portrait session and the design session appointments only.
What does my $600 Gift Card Include?
The $600 Portrait Gift Card will Include all consultations, the shoot, design session (up to 3 hrs of our time), plus a $300 credit or one desktop artwork of you both to display in your home.
What this means is that you have choice. If you love the work we do for you a lot of clients like to use the $300 credit and put this towards any product, like a portrait for the wall or album. If you don’t want to spend anything the Gift Card will cover at least one desktop artwork/photo to display in your home. It’s up to you!
You can have a family shoot at the same time or include siblings and pets at no charge.
What should I bring with my child on the day of my session?
We want your child to be relaxed so you can bring a costumes, favourite toy, pet, food, drinks etc if that helps. There is a lot of things to keep them entertained and most kids find the garden studio like a play ground. Like most kids they will explore the studio and that does create some natural images. It will feel like more a game rather than a shoot for them.
Can I give my Gift Card to someone else?
Yes you can give your Gift Card to someone else providing you let us know the person you are gifting to ASAP. Simply pass on the sms or email you received so we can confirm receipt and transfer the gift card to them. Our aim is shoot for Cutest Kids Campaign but if this does not work for you we are happy for you to gift this to another family member.
How long will my Session take?
Portrait Sessions run from 40 to 90 min depending on the settings and backdrops chosen, the number of individuals and the age of the participants. We want you to relax and enjoy your experience with us and the best portraits are always taken when you are comfortable with your surroundings through the course of the session.
What should I Wear?
Denim or solid neutral colours look best. For couples, we recommend plainer colours that complement each other and suit your skin tones. Avoid bright colours or busy patterns which will take away from the beauty of your faces. Once you have fully booked in with us we will send you a video to guide you in this area of styling.
What will Hollywood Studios be doing with the images taken?
As mentioned in our Facebook ad we were looking for children with character to be photographed in our outdoor studio for a studio display that best represents Australian children. As a gift to you that is why we are giving a $600 gift card for helping us.
Are there any hidden costs that I don’t know about?
No. There are no hidden costs or charges involved. Your Gift Card entitles you to your photographic session, a design session plus a credit or product. You can just use the $600 Gift Card or if want to purchase others for yourself you have this option – It’s up to you. Portraits can make a great gift.
Is there any pressure or obligation to buy extra portraits?
Absolutely not! It is totally up to you if you wish to purchase any extra artworks or not. As professionals we recognise that our portraiture is unique so if you do fall in love with what you see, we will give you our complete pricelist at your session itself, for you to consider before you place any orders.
What happens after my portrait session?
After your portrait sitting, our photographers will make a Design Session time for you to come and select your portraits. In addition to our standard frames, we can produce made-to-measure artwork collections and match any frames with your existing décor. We do offer a payment plan for any extra portraits you order.
When will my portraits be ready?
Usually between 6 – 8 weeks of placing your order. Any orders on a payment plan will naturally take a bit longer. We will always endeavour to have your portraits prepared for you as soon as possible. We do have an urgent service available on request.

All our artworks are printed on the latest Professional Nano quality papers. If we frame or get asked to present in an album, we will offer a Lifetime Warranty. Only a few studios in the world can offer this archival warranty.

A minimum of 2 people must be booked for the portrait session and offer. Portraits taken by Hollywood Studios can only be used for domestic purposes not commercially. Gift Card is not redeemable for cash & one session per pet/family/couple, per household, per year & this Gift Card cannot be on sold.
