Here is what we will do; your portrait session will be individually designed just for you.  Our aim, as a portrait studio, is to capture the true essence of children and families. Combining unique backdrops and innovative photography we will create a unique portrait that is special and decorative. Our 5 star studio facilities has an undercover outdoor studio with a garden courtyard, country cottages, barn, beach cave, bridges, sandstone facade and yes the sets are all real not fake!  For a more formal look you may prefer our indoor white room studio with numerous props and backdrops. You can be assured that we will listen and work with you so we can create the perfect look for you.

How do I book a session & redeem my $600 Gift Card?

Your Gift Card will need to be activated within 14 days of the above date by contacting Hollywood Studios. What this means is that you will need to click on the link above ‘ACTIVATE MY GIFT CARD’ or call 02 9896 0955 then schedule in your photography session .  Your actual portrait sitting can be done within the next 3 months.

As this free gift card and to avoid no shows we will need to charge a refundable appointment holding fee of $50 to reserve your portrait session and your design session appointments. The $50 appointment holding fee can be used as credit towards you order after you have attended both portrait session and the design session appointments.

What does my $600 Gift Card Include?

The $600 Couple Portrait Gift Card will Include all consultations, the shoot, design session (up to 3 hrs of our time), plus a credit of $300 to spend on artwork for your family.

Whom can I include in my session?

Couples can have bring their pets in for the shoot or you can bring other family members at no extra charge. We can photograph up to 20 people at our studios comfortably.

Can I give my Gift Card to someone else?

Yes you can give your Gift Card to someone else providing they contact us in the 14 days to activate the Card. Simply pass on the letter you received so we can confirm receipt and transfer the gift card to them.

How long will my Session take?

Portrait Sessions run from 40 to 90 min depending on the settings and backdrops chosen, the number of individuals and the age of the participants. We want you to relax and enjoy your experience with us and the best portraits are always taken when you are comfortable with your surroundings through the course of the session.

What should I Wear?

Denim or solid neutral colours look best. For couples, we recommend plainer colours that complement each other and suit your skin tones. Avoid bright colours or busy patterns which will take away from the beauty of your faces.

We do NOT provide ‘Hair and Makeup’ 

This can certainly be organized for an additional charge. We can organize for a hair and make up specialist in your area to come directly to you prior to your session time. Alternatively, if you prefer a more natural look, we will also give you some simple yet effective styling advice to prepare you for your portrait sitting.

Is there any pressure or obligation to buy extra portraits?

Absolutely not!  As professionals we recognise that our portraiture is unique so if you do fall in love with what you see, we will give you our complete price list at your session itself, for you to consider before you place any orders.

What happens after my portrait session?

After your portrait sitting, our photographers will make a Design Session time for you to come and select your portraits. In addition to our standard frames, we can produce made-to-measure artwork collections and match any frames with your existing décor. We do offer a payment plan for any extra portraits you order.

When will my portraits be ready?

Usually between 4 – 8 weeks of placing your order. Any orders on a payment plan will naturally take a bit longer. We will always endeavour to have your portraits prepared for you as soon as possible.

If we frame or get asked to present in an album, we will offer a Lifetime Warranty.   Only a few studios in the world can offer this archival warranty.
